About Dhruvanta CLM
Dhruvanta CLM is the planned contract lifecycle management product based on a Dhruvanta-branded OpenContracts fork. The repo is attribution-ready and service-auth-ready, and WSL runtime packaging now fails closed until environment files are initialized. Customer and admin self-service remain gated until the runtime is migrated, smoked, and split behind gateway and admin surfaces.

- Contract document intake, parsing, annotation, and knowledge-base workflows from the OpenContracts foundation
- Reserved service-to-service audience and scope namespace for contract create, read, signature handoff, annotation, and document upload actions
- Planned integration with Dhruvanta DocuSeal signing flows once service-to-service wiring is enabled
- Queued gateway, customer, and per-service admin surfaces after WSL runtime initialization
- Dhruvanta override layer for premium features, attribution, and future platform integration
